With uss_qualifier artifacts becoming increasingly relevant to evaluation of changes and the artifacts being fairly difficult to find, this PR improves the CI documentation to make it clear how a contributor can find the various artifacts generated by CI.
It also fixes some log generation (container names have changed) and CI check documentation (these checks have changed over time also).
Reference to #28 is removed from contributing.md since it has been resolved 🎉
